Even though Body Contouring is not YET regulated sometimes conditions apply. When equipment comes through the border it needs to be approved, Our machines are NOT medical devices, however, some of my friends have had issues with other manufacturers in the past and were not able to get their equipment and no refunds were received. 

These friends were NOT my students and DID NOT use my manufacturer, I have ordered lots of equipment with my manufacturers over the last year and have NOT had any issues. However, it is in my good nature to warn you this could happen. By purchasing this equipment you accept all responsibilities and understand we are not held responsible for your equipment or fees with Canadian borders, and we will not issue any refunds if an incident occurs.

All equipment does come with a 6-month warranty, and parts come with a 60-day warranty. If you have any issues with the equipment please notify us RIGHT AWAY, to resolve any issues. Please open and inspect your order ASAP, and notify us if there is any damage.
